Love this house!
Amazing house, amazing location, has everything you could possibly need to make your holiday perfect and enjoyable, Evelyn is an incredible host and I will be returning there many times in the future. Clean, quiet, amazing views and sleeps 10 people with 4 bathrooms more than comfortably, the theater room is a bonus and we used it while stuck inside. LOVE THIS HOUSE and the HOST is amazing.

What a way to celebrate our wedding!
Thank you so much for letting us spend our holiday in your beautiful home. Wow what can we say… it was everything and more than we expected. Evenings spent with family and friends on the balcony taking in the magnificent views with a drink or two, listening to our friend play guitar while we all sang along, bbq’s with the kookaburras and dancing. What a way to celebrate our wedding! It will certainly be part of our memories of our special day. Thanks again for providing us with the setting for a memorable, fun filled holiday. Kaylan was the perfect accommodation for our large group attending a family wedding. There was a comfortable place for everyone, aged 8 months to 80yrs! Kaylan’s location is handy to most of the island’s retail and leisure facilities. It was a warm, welcoming place to stay, which provided all that we needed. We are already planning our next Hamilton Island getaway at Kaylan!
Superb accommodation for families
This is a wonderful place to stay on Hamilton Island. It is in a great location, with easy walking distance to the marina and to the resorts. There is also a four person private buggy which comes with the house. The views of the marina are superb. We had a 2 year old with us who loved watching the boats come and go and the “sparkles” in the evening. Evelyn has 2 large containers with wonderful toys for young children, including a massive train set which was easily assembled and thoroughly enjoyed by our 2 year old, plus plenty of building blocks, and beach toys. There were card and board games for older children and a large selection of DVDs for children and adults. The kitchen was very well equipped and the pantry was well stocked. I rated this place as equal to my expectations because my expectations were very high after reading the write-up very carefully. We’d be very happy to stay at Kaylan House again.

If you want a truly special and memorable holiday to Hamilton Island – Kaylan House is the place for you! The house easily accomodates 8 adults and Evelyn ensures that there is nothing left for you to do except take in the amazing view and simply enjoy a little piece of opulent living. Kaylan House is a destination in itself – you will not be disappointed.
Kaylan House is in a great location …
…. just a short walk to the marina shops. Bit of a climb up the hill on the way back but buggy provided if you need a ride. The house is very well equipped with everything for a family or group. We made great use of the Eski provided on our day trips. A couple of extra mirrors in the dressing rooms was our only suggestion for a group of ten women to make getting ready for nights out faster! The photos of the house don’t really do the house justice. Had a great trip and very comfortable stay!
