This impressive 4 bedroom luxury home comfortably accommodates 10 people. It has everything you need, with quality inclusions, outstanding views, and a convenient, central location.
House Layout
The top level boasts a movie room with a 2.4 metre cinema screen, quality sound system and reclining loungers. There is a bar and large deck area, with spectacular views over Hamilton Island Marina.
The master bedroom is on this level – a queen bedroom with an ensuite and robe area that opens onto the deck.
The deck offers the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day and take in the superb views of the Marina and the island sunset.
The mid level is the main living area with an amazing open-plan kitchen, 12-place dining table, and lounge area.
The mid level deck spans the entire front of the house, with sun loungers, outdoor dining for 12, and BBQ.
There is also a laundry and a desk also provided.
The ground floor has three queen bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The middle bedroom has an additional king single bed, and this bathroom has a spa bath/dual shower.
The other bedrooms have large robe areas.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are four bedrooms at Kaylan House. Each bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. Additionally, the centre bedroom on the ground level has a king single bed alongside the queen bed and this bathroom has a spa bath/dual shower.
The mid level lounge room has a queen sofa bed. When making your booking, please advise if you require the use of this, so that extra bed linen is provided.
There is also a toilet located in the laundry area on the mid level.
The rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioners. Additional blankets and pillows are available if required. We provide linen, bath towels, and beach towels. Bathroom soap is provided, but please bring your own preferred shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.
Also available, if required, are two portacots, and one high chair.
Kitchen and Dining
If you love to cook, the kitchen offers all you need to cater for your family and friends. You will find high quality cooking equipment – gas cooktop and oven, outdoor BBQ, and ample fridge, pantry and preparation space. Couple this with a choice of our 12-place indoor or outdoor dining and superb views of the Marina, and you have the perfect night in.
